Please leave things where they are

Once it's tidy, please don't shift items from room to room. We photograph each space from several angles, so a piece moved between shots can end up looking out of place.

When you'll have your photos

Your media is usually ready within a couple of business days of the shoot. We'll email everything as soon as it's ready, so there's no need to check in.

Every room

Turn on all lights and lamps; replace any dead bulbs Open every blind and curtain for natural light Clear countertops, tables, and floors of clutter Tuck away cords, chargers, remotes, and power bars Hide bins, baskets, and laundry hampers Straighten cushions, rugs, and bedding

Kitchen

Clear counters; leave one or two simple accents Clear the fridge of magnets, notes, and photos Put away dish racks, soap, sponges, and towels Tuck the bin and recycling out of sight Wipe down sinks, taps, and the stovetop

Bathrooms

Clear counters of toiletries and products Set out fresh, neatly folded towels Close toilet lids; tuck bins away Remove bath mats and items from showers Wipe mirrors and glass clean
